animal sculptures, clay masks or Aztec sculptures. You will also learn
basic coil, pinch, slab, and extruded methods of handbuilding with
clay. Assemble a timeline of pottery as you work with a variety of air

Build a Time MachineUsing personal, found, recycled, and new materials, we’ll work to create our own “Time Machines.” We begin by looking at art images related to time, from sundials and Stonehenge to modern and contemporary works of art like Salvador Dali’s melting clock. Perhaps your time machines travel to the past and/or the future. Add personal artifacts such as photos, stories or personal items that relate to a particular time in your life and include it on your machine or as part of a time capsule.

Dance like the stars in a final, Friday showcase.
Drawing the Body in Motion
How can 3D movement through time and space be represented in 2D art
work. Observe the human body in motion: walking, sprinting, performing
