ASE notifies all applicants of acceptance or regrets by phone and/or mail

Mentor-intern matches complete.  All applicants receive formal confirmation letter of acceptance or regrets

mid - late June
Most internships begin - please contact ASE if you wish to start the internship early in July

July 9, 2010
Midsummer Conference, Oregon State University, Corvallis - required event for interns.  This is a one day event.  ASE staff and Teacher Monitors chaperone.  Portland area interns will be able to ride a bus to and from Corvallis.  Other interns who live more than 100 miles from Corvallis will have the option to ride to and from the conference with Teacher Monitors.

August 20, 2010
ASE Symposium, Portland State University, Portland - required event for interns.  Family and other guests are invited to attend.  Corvallis, Eugene, and southern Oregon area interns will be able to ride a bus or carpool with Teacher Monitors to and from Portland.
